  • 8 = Gestational diabetes (unspecified type)
  • 8.1 = Gestational diabetes (Diet)
  • 8.2 = Gestational diabetes (Insulin)
  • 9 = Placental abruption
  • 10 = Placenta praevia
  • 99 = Other, specify in PROB_S
