    LAB_CD4 Could anyone tell me how you would program the following QA check: CW009 -CD4 counts spike up or down suddenly (large change in less than a year)-. How would you qualify "spike uu or down suddenly"? Thanks, Monique

    I have the same question. We talked a little about it here at CHIP.

    One method could be a difference of factor 10. The shift of the decimal point would be the most common error, would it not?
    We have not come up with a final answer yet. Any input would be valued.
