    I would like to suggest the addition of two subcategories for "08 - MI or other ischemic heart disease"

    new codes:

    08.1 - AMI

    08.2 - Other ischemic heart disease


    We need to distinguish between the two in DAD

    We have also found a need to use an aditional subcode for the unknown category prior to the Next release:

    Code 92.1. “Unknown, Competing risks”



    This code is used when competing risks are equally likely to be the underlying cause of death.
