    I would like some additions to the list of AE_SPEC in relation to non-AIDS Defining Malignancies (NADM) http://hicdep.org/wiki/Hi.../TableAe/FieldAeSpec#

    BONE=Bone cancer
    BRAC=Brain cancer
    ESOP=Esophagus cancer
    GALL=Gallbladder cancer
    GYCA=Gynaecologic cancer
    HENE=Head and neck (incl. face) cancers
    PANC=Pancreas cancer
    OTH=Non-Aids Defining Malignancy: Other

    They do not conflict with already existing AE_SPEC codes.

    Maybe even make the OTH category more general for AE_SPEC

    OTH=Other

    I am wondering whether ICD-10 codes are appropriate for this situation. Unlike the CDC-C definition, ICD-10 should fairly well match all the different malignancies?

    That is a good question. I am unsure how well the ICD-10 coding covers malignancies.
